We handle a wide range of family law cases involving issues such as parenting plans and child support, hidden assets in divorce, minor guardianships, non-parent visitation, domestic, international jurisdiction issues, etc.
Geographic Areas of Practice
While the majority of our cases are in Pierce, King, and Thurston counties, we practice in various counties throughout the state, some of which include Mason, Snohomish, Kitsap, Whatcom, Lewis, and Okanogan counties.

Domestic violence and Civil Protection Orders
A high percentage of our cases involve domestic violence. April and Eric both handle various other types of civil protection order cases and have both served as pro bono, court appointed counsel in Sexual Assault Protection Order cases.
Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
April provides sliding scale mediation services. April and Eric both represent clients in mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
